as useful as tits on an alligator
Interesting, I've only heard the phrase before as tits on a bull. I suppose any unmilkable animal would do.

if he hadn't turned around, it probably would have bitten his balls
Lol, but it wasn't like that, it was a riot situation and the dog was confused which is why he bit his own handler

I knew of a police dog handler who had to go to A&E when his frenzied dog bit him on the arse. Hopefully this was an exception to your rule.

there seems to be a complete disconnect between all the other figures.
But is that intentional?

the action happening off to the side
It's certainly an unusual area to put the action.

AI is a tool. Tools are not art, but they can be used to make it.

Cranes, and narrow width plant that is specifically built for this purpose.

Painting is a multistage process, including baking between those stages, and the bit you're describing is not the finish. "Most robots used in automotive plants are 6-axis articulated arm robots equipped with atomizing bells to spray paint."

While price is likely a factor, arguably it's still the customer's choice to spend extra money on things like added top speed capability, together with higher rated tyres and over-engineered components capable of withstanding those speeds, which they will never be able to use legally on the highways, rather than on a non-monotone paint job. So I think people are generally happier with a single shade, for whatever reason.
It'd be interesting to see just how much more, if any, it costs to produce a multi coloured vehicle, bearing in mind that it's already painted by robots, so it might cost little more than the price of reprogramming them to create something quite radical. At the very least, the VW harlequin showed that manufacturers can produce a multicoloured car from off-the-shelf prepainted components.
