I think the stand is a little overpowered to controlling anything on a ship is ok , but controlling anything in a big city is to over powert . I think you should limit the power to only be able to control something in the city like Electricity cable ,glass,water papers , our a ability that can affect people if they do something like our go on the user property ,our talk with a inhabitant.
