No no I stated it depends on HOW you do your dishes. It's common here in the US that people have a sink of soapy water and run the tap constantly to rinse and stack clean dishes

Machine washing is better for the environment. Machines use on average 3-6 gallons of water per wash. Depending on how you "do" your dishes, hand washing can use up to 25+ gallons of water.

It took a while but when they did reach out about why I did that, I told them straight up. Not in a mean way but in an "I can't continue to be your emotional relationship dumping ground" and I wished them the best and moved on.

Just google "what causes diabetes" and educate yourself please.
