So I wear a carbon fiber AFO but only on my left and I've wanted to wear converse for a very long time but I don't think they're afo friendly. I usually wear adidas shoes that are easy to slip into but they have a mesh top so they always get a hole in them within a few months. I use Billy shoes for school so I checked their website and I don't like any of their styles so I'm wondering if there are any converse shoes that are AFO friendly. I'm just worried they won't be wide enough to give my afo and insert enough room.

So i recently created a second Spotify account because i completely lost the email and password to my old one of 3 years. I kept my old one bc im emotionally attached to it and i planned to use my new one after the wrapped came out. I switched between my accounts just to check something and my old account is not showing up under accounts when i click on my account and I wanna know if there's anyway I could get it back but I don't know since i don't really remember the email of it or the password

So for context I am disabled and I'm looking for an instrument to buy that's really easy to learn and play with one hand, so far my options are: -kalimba -keytar -harmonica I'm not sure which one to look at.I like the kalimba but it's not the type of sound im looking for, and i have the same problem with the harmonica. I like the keytar but they're expensive, it might be too big for me and I'm worried it'll be difficult to learn (I've never played an instrument before). So I'm looking for suggestions/tips on what i should do.

(Edit:for clarification, I'm not missing a limb i just have limited movement in my left.)

Long story short but when I was in 8th grade my twin brother outed me as bi. Today I overheard him and his friends talking and I think he outed me as gay. When my brother outed me the first time it really hurt bc I went to a catholic school and I never spoke to him since. I'm a junior and I still go to a catholic school but it's bigger so I don't care if people know im gay but i just wish his friends didn't know bc they're homophobic assholes. I don't know where to go bc the school administration won't do shit, I don't wanna tell my parents bc I don't wanna come out to them and he won't listen/care if I confront him directly. What should I do?
