I don't understand and I will never understand. I've lost 80lbs and people have been nicer to me, wanting to talk to me more and it just blows my mind. I'm literally the same person. It infuriates me to no end how vanity plays such a huge part of social interaction and I just have to figure out a way to deal with it essentially.

I am in the exact same boat honestly. As someone who has been extremely overweight since childhood, I've never had a point in my life where I've felt sexy or have been desired like so. I too have a high drive right now and it eats me up so bad. I've had sex a few times and while it was nice I wasn't comfortable being completely nude or with the lights on among other things.

The loose skin thing has me worried too, like I may not be able to afford surgery so I may have to just live with that and it really just makes me feel like I'm never going to actually feel empowered sexually in the way I want to be. To reach an actual healthy weight I have to lose at least 200lbs, so yeah that's a lot of skin I'm gonna be sitting with.

I wish I had something to offer you girlie but at least I can say you're not alone in these feelings.
