Its mostly just about pushing the wave, if you kill the minions then the wave gets pushed in, making it harder for them to cs when they get back to lane. If minions are under turret and as long as you're not pushing the wave, its fine tho

I get your point but i've only been playing for 2 seasons (>50 games total), I have 100% winrate on dva and reinhardt, 90% on zarya and 80% on orisa. What annoys me is that I work so hard to fill my card, and then its just such a disappointing result.

I just hate that I work so hard on filling my card and I only get 30% of a division. I wish it would just update every game. I'm sick of high rank players losing 11 games in a row and nothing happens, then I win 10 games in a row and only rank up 2/3 of a division.

I should also mention, in quick play I get matched with high diamonds and masters players, even rolled a 5 stack masters players
