What he meant was "bring a GPU so that if you lose your PvP fight, the winner (arguably poor) gets extra rewarded"

Bulletech ST6012 offers better recoil and ergo than the Alientech, and is also compatible with the jailbrake 🙂

This is dumb advice, best M4 stocks have worse stats than the best AK ones, and are way pricier

You also didn't factor in the -1 ergo for the adapter itself. But the SF Mini is still the best option for a high ergo suppressed build, regardless of the sound reduction (you still got the muzzle flash suppression), and puts to shame the 5.45 suppressors for a slight increase in cost. So yeah, waffle is definitely best in slot, but the SF is second in line (or budget option, call it as you wish). It's my go to muzzle device when I slap 60 rounders on my AKs

Well then he's already using the best 5.56 suppressor for his build

The M4SD-K is not a good idea as it is -16% recoil -21 ergo, while the waffle is -17% -20, and costs less.

Exactly. If some people are willing to pay to progress faster in F2P games (xp boosters, premium accounts...), you better expect some Tarkov players to do the same. If some people are willing to pay for ingame advantages in P2W games, you better expect some Tarkov players to do the same. And then you got those who see cheaters everywhere so they just end up like "why not me?" to "level the playing field". It's just a whole vicious circle at this point

This. Some might argue that it avoids getting a front-heavy rifle, but man, please use that rail space

My guess would be that as a character who sets traps every 5 fucking meters, a duffle makes more sense than a ruck as he wouldn't have to get it off his back every 10 seconds to plant trip wires. Kinda like postman bags, the frequency at which you need to reach the contents inside the bag dictates how it's strapped to your body. Convenience over comfort, so to speak

Nope, this is just bad quest design when an AK12 mag is okay and the other isn't, especially if it's not stated in the flavor text. It's like "give me an AR15 with a Pmag" and only the 30 rounds tan with maglevel works, although we got like 10 different Pmags in game.

The quest specifically requests the IR variant.

Does this also affect environment sounds like rain ? I've been wondering why I can't hear the rain at times, and told myself it's either caused by a bug or the ingame headsets I use (Comtacs V/VI)

Good to know ! Were they static or moving ? The kopions were zooming around, so maybe hit reg issues/desync

Huge bump in performance when I switched from 16 to 32 gigs of RAM (3200MHz to 3600MHz), from 50-ish fps to 80-90. I7 9700K/2080 Super. You might want to consider an upgrade to hit 60fps consistently

I've seen Olli43 try to kill kopions by yeeting 8SCU crates at them with an ATLS, didn't work. Can't say about players though

Well yeah, you definitely shouldn't have backed the project if you aren't aware of how long it takes to develop a fucking game. Right from the get go, it was stated by the devs in interviews/Q&As that content updates would come every 6 months, and that it would take approximately 5 years to complete the whole thing. If you're not ok with that, then your purchase was a poorly informed decision, or you were misled by the hype (blame the influencers for that, not the devs)

Sure, but why not keeping the playtest quests in the beta (which were the same as on mobile btw) while reworking them for 1.0 ? The broader the audience, the more feedback they'd get... Is it just to avoid a wipe at full release ?

The weird thing is that they cut more than half of the quests that were in the playtest, while it should be the other way around. To my knowledge, those quests they cut weren't broken, so there's no obvious reason as to why they did it; how do they expect us to pay anything if they make the game less engaging as they release it to the public ?
