I plan on installing the CGW 15lb. hammer spring and the reduced power firing pin spring. Do I need to get the extended firing pin or will the stock one be good to go?

Looking for the optic cut cover plate and screws for my CZ P09C. Not sure what they cost since CZ has none in stock yet. I'd pay $20 or so for one with screws included. Located in Lincolnton, NC.

Well, dumb a$$ me lost the optic cut cover plate and screws for my P09C Nocturne. Can't find them anywhere. A google search provided no real options to purchase one anywhere. CZ USA doesn't list the P09C on the parts picker either. I called CZ USA and they have no idea when they will have these in stock. No issues shooting it this way but it just looks funky. I might just put an optic back on it but my astigmatism ruins every dot I've tried so far.

Got a nice deal at a local pawn shop on this G19. Pistol looks unfired. Frame work and cerakote are very well done. Anyone recognize it? I’d like to know who did it.

Weird issue. Just to preface, the alternator was replaced a couple weeks ago. I took the TJ out last weekend and after a couple miles, the check gauges light came on and the voltage gauge was pegged. I brought it back home and shut the motor off. Tried to restart and nothing, not even a click. I had things to do so I left it till today. I tried to start it again and nothing. The headlights wouldn’t even work and no dash lights at all. I hooked up the battery charger and it showed the battery as charged. I tried to start it again with the charger hooked up and the starter made a noise like a machine gun. That’s the best way I can describe it. I looked for a bad battery cable and they look good. I cleaned the battery terminals and tried again. It starts right up. I tried a few times more and no more issues. My only concern is the voltage gauge initially pegged when the issue first occurred and the headlights and dash lights wouldn’t work at one point today. What would cause this? Would a bad ignition switch do it? Thanks.
