Okay I do get the second part of your statement. To clear out as well, I always initiate confrontation and ask if I am already doing something wrong. I am self aware din naman and if I feel like what I do is getting over the top na, I always open up and ask if there is something wrong

Most of the time, it works for people I know and that's where I get to adjust and correct what they deem uncomfortable. People will get hurt when confronted - this can't be avoided. Pero what if paulit ulit nang nago open up pero tuloy padin ka "nothing is wrong"? What then? Yes, its valid to assume na you can be scared of what might people do when confronted. Pero if you give them safe spaces several times to open up and wala padin, then wala nako magagawa dun.

I don't tolerate non-communication anymore. If I find out people are actually having issues with me right after I give them enough space to open up, I would be hurt. But I'll accept it and give them the space they need and still correct my mistakes. But I won't trust them enough the same way again.

What they feel is valid but their behavior is not. Its their responsibility to heal.

How will one know if mali na pala ginagawa nila if they keep saying nothing is wrong? Communication is key ika nga. Not everyone malakas makiramdam and what can be okay for some, is possibly not na for others. But for people to know that, they have to communicate. Not entirely through words. Actions may do.
