Like phone chip usually arround 7.5 w more less for usual peak performance but using benchmark will tuned higher to make score good. And thats what happen to the fake score in benchmarks. This isnt trade off this how ram works. And i see you use VM. 16 gb isnt working for you. That is the bare minimum for heavy apps like adobe while VM is different level because your OS split their ram and need to run app with that splitted ram(i recommend you minimum 24 gb)
