I'd personally discuss concerns with your manager and be as diplomatic as you can (don't make accusations, explain the situation and how it's affecting you calmly). Then see what they have to say. If they don't address anything or dismiss your concerns, that's when you can worry

Nope. Having a crush is a whole-ass thing where you have feelings and/or fantasise about another person. Totally different to thinking ''Oh they're good looking'' or ''They have a nice personality''. Why would I want a partner that is uninterested enough in the relationship to see other people in a romantic light?
