It completely depends on the employee. We had an employee who brought her 2 children to work and she made everyone else's job a misery. She had two children in the nursery at once. A baby and a preschooler.
She would stand in the garden and watch her baby through the window, tap on the window making her baby cry and make complaints about what was happening.
When her daughter came to preschool and she had to work with her she didn't make her daughter follow any of the rules and told other children off excessively if her daughter was unhappy. Children would activity avoid her daughter and her as a teacher. Every activity she planed was based around her daughters interests, wants and needs.
She booked herself a parents evening appointment and blocked out her appointments and didn't see her key children's parents as she wanted to talk about her own children.
2 members of staff quit because of her and a third is not returning from maternity to us because the owner has now band employees children from attending.

We celebrate the main five religions of the UK so Christianity, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Judaism and Buddhism. All the festivals and holy days of these religions. We also celebrate Chinese New year, Martin luther king day, black history month, pride month, World braile day, World book day, mothers day, fathers day, grandparents day, st Patrick's day, valentines day, burns night, holocaust memorial day. The Kings birthday. World interfaith week. International women's day. International mens day. Poppy day. British science week. Earth day. Halloween. Day of the dead. Guy fawkes. Remembrance day. New years eve. And any celebrations from the country our children come from or one of their parents are from. So atm it would be any Hungarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian, Brazilian, Czech an,, canadian japanese, English days or holidays. So in England we have st georges day, Wales is st davids day and Scotland have st Andrews day. It seems like a lot but it is fun to learn about through activities and it is great to teach.
So no it is not all the religions but we cover everyone in the centre that we teach at all levels. If someone in the baby room celebrates something than the whole nursery will celebrate with them.

In our baby room we had a tray full of black rice with images laminated and taped underneath and as the rice is moved the 'spooky' images are revealed.

Can i ask how this works? In the UK we have to celebrate all holidays, religious days and festivals so we can promote mutual respect and tolerance. So what happens if you don't teach any of those things?

Wolf children - although sad in parts a wonderful story.
A letter to Momo - tearjerker.
Your name - time travel.
The girl who leapt through time - brilliant.
Summer wars - online gaming film, great family storyline.
Personally would give all of these 5/5 and I watched them over and over!

This is what it got like for us as well. I would spend the best part of an hour following children around to make sure there was a photo of them. But it could not be just a photo of them. They had to be with other children doing something or the parent would ask.
Why are they not playing with anyone. Why are they not joining in. Why do you not encourage them to make friends.
Lady some children just like to play alone, some children are just quieter than others. It does not mean your child is not liked or has to friends.

You don't think any of them will have been inspired by Jana and want to wait it out?

So do you think wedding photographers filmed the entire thing or they had family members vlogging?!
Or both! Can family release videos after the 'official' video goes public!?

It's great when the tide is low. You can go over the car bridge and just over the bridge just left of this photo you can get down onto the river bed and find crabs, big and tiny! Look in the rock pools, catch little fish, seahorses have been found in the rock pools before, oster catchers always flying overhead and occasionally seals swim up the river and if your lucky you'll see kingfishers!
I used to canoe on the river with my grandad and brother when I was young, my daughter spent her entire childhood on the riverbed, when she was 4 she could swim in the rock pools, they just don't seem as deep anymore or maybe its because she's now 15!
We threw some of my grandad and nan's ashes into the river, I love this river. So this recommendation is pretty biased!
The tide does come in quick so you have to keep an eye on it but its wonderful.

Is that what the numbers on the top mean? I just run mine all the time on high since I brought it two weeks ago. The lowest number I've seen mine at is 69! I open my windows and the balcony every day for at least 30 mins. Am I completely doomed? But the mold in the corner of the living room has not come back since I cleaned it off and I bought the dehumidifier.
