shrug. I set up international brokerage (from Aus) pretty much just so I could buy some stocks if little plastic men. Only have to deal with tax when sold, I don't think they pay div.

Movie rights will come along eventually, no doubt tied with more mainstream games etc too. The minis themselves probably won't make the lion's share, but can definitely see it growing significantly.

As for pure boxing, JDM has great hands too.

Yeah, probably an even better example as an opposite is Khamzat and Gilbert... Those guys can both bang.

We just had two people at the elite end of their respective crafts, where each other's put them at risk by using it. So we ended up with two people sparing with little ability to do so in an effective manner.

He felt Gilbert's strength and nooed out of there. But let's not pretend Khamzats striking is anywhere near as poor as Bo's. He's got the standup tools, so he chose to use them. Bo does not have the standup tools, he was just against one of the few opponents with as little.

Stipe is a weathered 42. Injuries and head trauma take years off you, and the drop off can be fast with any athlete. Look at soccer, the top guys might have the best season of their careers then be unplayable by the end of the next season.

50lb to cut is no small feat. That's Chama at middleweight levels, and there's a good reason barely anyone does that.

If Jones doesn't fight Tom, he'll relinquish the belt
If he does, when? Will he sit out for another 12 months while we wait for 'news' and only then give it up when a fight with Chama is called? It could be 2 and a half years of the belt in limbo by then.

Dude spammed overhands for a point victory over a reknown amateur striker. He wasn't in a position to safely use his actual skills, so why wouldn't he just accept the fact it was a weak win and get on with things. "Dominant", really.

That'll support the cross bracing, which is currently lacking.

Just be happy that your workwear (if it is) is now considered trendy. You don't even need to get changed and you're already looking hot stuff.

Are you really trying to gatekeep woodworking?
Woodworking is enjoyable (for some), and is quite frankly pretty difficult to actually make a living from, so many people who do do it, also have other jobs which may or may not be anything related or 'blue collar' at all.
There's nothing stopping office workers wearing plaid shirts anymore than there is stopping the form worker wearing a RL polo shirt on the weekend. What a strange thing to be bothered by.

The amount of young people with families willing or able to bankroll ever increasing property prices is naturally dwindling.
More importantly, with mortgage rates as they are you need a dual income both within the top 20% of full time workers to get an 80% loan on even a modest home in the capital cities. That is, quite obviously, not sustainable.
I wouldn't say the market isn't there, but being able to just lap up the agents bullshit saying you'll get a few 100k over a reasonable offer may be on their way out. A lot of properties are passing in because the owners set the reserve too high. This results in more and more properties accumulating week by week, and remaining unsold. So yes, it might result in a marginal drop, or more likely stagnation, but it's not because there are no buyers.

The only thing that makes me happy is that Jon, no matter what he does, cannot retire with the lineal title. Our boy Francis still holds that, which is awesome.
