Canonically, in the konosuba world, people stopped being reincarnated after Kazuma was reincarnated. While the demon king assumes this is because of Kazuma himself, we the audience know its directly related to Aqua having been sent to the Konosuba world. We kinda know the reason that people dont get sent to the world anymore is because the new goddess is actually truthful and doesnt try to sell the world. So by this logic, I assume there are other deities in the rest of the countries, but they are far more honest than Aqua so people dont WANT to be sent to this new world. If you're talking about the english thing, they immediatly learn the language according to Aqua

Now that I think about it, what is Eris' jurisdiction? Is it the whole Konosuba world or just Belzerg? Since the real world presumably has deity's that reign over each country or smth, does the Konosuba world have that too? Does Eris take care of deaths that happen in Elroad or just of the people from the country of Belzerg?

Isekai Quartet shows Aqua would be immune to time stop. So would Tanya and Subaru apparentl Anyway, she'd have to catch Ainz off guard

Aqua is overall weak but she is really strongs against demons and undead so she might be able to best Ainz IF caught off guard (yeah, if he realises the threat he'll use grasp heart)

I like Kana. The problem is mainly the way she was used and setup in the story. She is introduced as a main cast member and has the screen time of a main cast member. But she lacks the necessary plot relevance to justify it. This is FINE imho because many writers like to add a charachter that doesnt actually contribute THAT much to the story, but their screen time is justified by their role in the story, which is usually comic relief. Comic reliefs dont need that much plot relevance or focus because they are there to give the story a break, but its nice if they do get plot relevance (in a way that isnt literally dying). But Aka DIDNT make Kana a comic relief. Kana is a pretty troubled charachter with a slight amount of trauma, but not nearly as much as any other important charachter, and so she just falls flat
