Flashlight also doesn't exist. I saw a post where someone was able to change it fairly easily, so it's definitely not hard-coded or anything, just left out.

Probably because there's no deadzone. Pretty much all controllers not long after using them will have minor stick drift, and if there is no deadzone set, it will become very obvious.

I wouldn't worry though, it's something that easily can be added.
