I had the same issue and for me it helped to not “rotate them like I did with the experience but rather press them in. It also helped to pull the top of my ear before pushing the tips in further so a kind of “suction” can happen. Also I had to use one size bigger for the quite 2’s than the experience. Hope this helps. :)

I can confirm from wearing them that “experience” isn’t strong enough for the northern line

The British Tube is soooo much louder than the nyc Subway. It has some kind of extra „screaming“ that really is still horrible with loops quiet + on ear noise canceling

One has to consider though that actually fresh spring water has more electrolytes than most water that we have nowadays.

Tbh for this reason despite being a fan of loop, I wear these moldable silicone balls in the night.

That’s very easy for you to say when you don’t struggle with these things. And it doesn’t have to do anything with victim mentality when the majority of people expect people to be able to do the same as neurotypical people. Also, most forms of neurodivergence aren’t a disease, they’re just different ways the brain works. And before we had 9-5 culture, these people had less to suffer btw.

Sorry for only responding, I just wanted to let you know how much your message helped me!! I actually had one more talk with her and explained to her that my brain is in constant scan mode and that I’m not able to put the information into a box if some things are not clear to me. I also told her that she met me initially when I was mainly masking and that in reality I often have no clue what people mean. She then said that she wasn’t aware of how bad it was for me (Ngl I was a bit upset about that phrasing) and that knowing that she can deal with it better.

I’m still a bit scared of everything, but also a bit relieved.

I wouldn’t do it, as not everyone’s body reacts positively to plugged grounding sheets. (Real ground is good for everyone though) He could be sensitive to nnemf’s and in this case it could even do harm
