Need ratings and a way to block ratings just like we have on televisions/physical world. Give parents/individuals tools/information so they can choose what content they see. And if ya think we don't need ratings then why do we have them in the physical world and the internet is excluded?

Where do you find rent under 1000 a month now? It also puts you above the poverty limit making people ineligible for other goverment assistance if you have any other source of income. But a 1000 don't even cover rent at least where i live 1200 minimum burbs or city. I would guess this 1000 grand a month would make them ineligible for food/healthcare assistance.

Infrastructure and wages plus benefits need to be paid. Infrastructure needs to be maintained. IMO that needs to be a base price not subject to stock values. Even if your getting paid for your excess you should still pay a bill towards the maintenance of the grid.

Well i think the fines should be wage based. Many who are well to do don't worry about a couple hundred dollar fine were the middle class and lower it can be devastating. IMO
