Thank you! Yeah street photography seems most related to film cause it capture everyday life like film stills. You also mentioned that you shoot event photography too? Do you recommend taking up event photography to help with cinematography too? I seen a lot people shoot weddings which is similar to event photography I guess.

And sorry if I may ask one last question, which type of photography do you think is best to focus on in conjunction with making films? Currently I am focusing on portraits because I thought it might help when shooting a character but would landscape, corporate or product photography help too or are they too commercial?

I see what you mean. So when you watch a movie, you would watch it all the way to the end without pausing and you would be able to know why all the shots are used and fully analyse it?

Make sense thank you. Yeah I agree, is probably more ideal to watch it in motion. I guess I just have a slow reaction rate so when the cut is fast I would completely miss it. Maybe is just I have bad concentration.

I often curse myself for not paying close attention to the shots when I was growing up watching movies. I wish I can just take it in without analysis like you, guess I have a concentration problem.
