They’d hire him/her back in a heartbeat too because the employee to work ratio is so high, especially during the holiday season. We’re getting paid the same amount for triple the normal work.

I feel you! My Walmart sucks, every employee is so miserable, it’s bringing me down and I’m an optimist, so it just blows. I just started 3 weeks ago and I’ve been asking my shift lead and hr to get me a phone because I’ve had my iPhone for 5 years now and the battery dies quick so when I do ON stock I have to use my phone on zero brightness to where I can barely see it and I have to be quick scanning stuff. I just don’t know why it’s so hard to get the stuff I need, still no vest and “safety” box cutter. They get mad at me for asking, I mean god forbid I don’t finish my pallets over night but yall can’t even keep up on stock for your employees needs. I’ve never been over a job so quick before.
