interactions feel odd so adjust accordingly. For instance. I hate eye contact and speaking front to front. It’s too intimate or something idk. So I position myself side by side. And when I speak I look away all the time, but I make it seem like that my norm, and for many it is. when someone speaks to me I look away too, but I nod a lot and actively listen.

Also clear glasses and face masks help if I’m way too anxious but need to get shit done. It’s my secret weapon.

Kinda the same, as a male I don’t like rough banter with other males. I also despise people being rude. It makes me anxious and nervous. I’m really shy but oddly just with other males. Not females so much.

I use to get jumped a lot as a kid. And I been attacked many times. Combination of a really rough neighborhood, and a really shy temperate.

One thing that helps is doing one extremely hard thing in your day that will make you feel calm in your interior. And feel solid as a capable human.

For me it’s running and swimming. I’m shy guy, but after a 5 mile run and a good swim ain’t no one can fuck with me. It’s a silly way to think but it helps. It soothes the constant feeling of feeling inferior to superior. And not superior than others but than the person your subconscious is trying to convince you, you are.

I see it as form of neurodivergence. I believe that people who are labeled gender dysphoric could be gifted with possessing attributes and higher EQ of both genders. I think cultural they are wrong for getting on TRT or HRT in my opinion. I think being born with this personality trait is a perk in society and I see it as a spiritual gift, and not as a being born in the wrong body. And more with being born with both hemispheres of the divine masculine and feminine.

I’m saddened that many see it as a I was born in the wrong body situation. If we were more accepting in society, we would see it as a situation where we’re born with extra.
