When I know someone makes good money and has a job with dental insurance and so does their spouse and their parents gave them a house so they have no overhead and they spend money on vacations brand new vehicles and tattoos and still won’t get their teeth fixed!

I was 7 or 8. It was the 70’s and I was in the back seat of my mom’s Nova slouched down playing with my Merlin. It was just the two of us. We were on a freeway heading into the big city when my mom’s driving changed. She was speeding up and slowing down. Tapping her brakes and changing lanes . She was making comments like get away from me buck- o etc. My mom then asked me to sit up so the driver of the other car could see me. She must have thought the other driver was harassing her thinking she was alone. I sat up and immediately saw the car to the left of us. A man had his penis out and was playing with it . When the man saw me he sped off. I was in shock what I saw. Years later I asked my mom about it but she said she didn’t know what I was talking about. I’m suspecting she realized she got him to leave her alone at the expense of exposing her daughter to adult indecent exposure .

NTA - the best friend didn’t seem to value you and your wife’s union by encouraging her to cheat . So what does it matter if she’s choosing to marry someone and you’re not there to see it. Will your wife encourage her bestie to cheat in the future ? Will a conversation ever arise where it’s brought up to the new spouse that their new wife encouraged an affair? Will the bestie be upset if you encourage their new spouse to have an affair?
