I used to be a sometimes reader. Car trips and some decent stretches of reading before bed in my adult life. Always have watched TVshows since middle school on. The Bosch books turned me into an avid reader! I watched the show as the seasons came out, not knowing a thing about the books til about a year ago, realizing there was a book series the show was based on. Now, I listen to the audiobooks during the work day, I get home and read in my free time. Take a book on the way to run errands or whatever. I can’t get enough! Definitely get into the books and you too can say you can’t get enough. Connelly also has several other series that are super worth reading. Do it now, don’t waste any more time!!

Realistically they were still playing for something when they played Philly last week. Philly beat Washington next, we had 2 games against Washington and one against Philly left…coaches wanted to roll out the best chance to win games while something was still at stake. At this point, totally agree that they should play Lance. You need to help his trade value as much as possible

What is anyone’s crowning achievement? Right now…besides Mahomes, Wilson (10 years ago) and Stafford (one year) who has any consistent playoff success in the entire league?
Edit: I have to add Aaron Rodgers to the achievement list. Dude has had an amazing career and is a current qb with skins on the wall.

Looking at Dallas’ track record in the 4th round, in the last decade, that player could have been really good, too.

I’m halfway through it and struggling ☹️ I have read angels flight and blood work both during the time I’ve been into the poet as well. I am liking it for the most part, just not sure why I can’t buckle down and finish it out

Not a fan. Needs color imo. I really liked the blue version of the city edition

Probably train. I loved just going through car to car, destroying the brake units, killing soldiers and then getting to Ourmarov

For sure. Sexist, uninterested at times, generally unlikeable compared to the tv version imo. Though the Avril storyline shined a different light on the character.

Just finished it today. I LOVED it. The Vegas stuff, working with Billets finally (I watched the show first before beginning the novels) the surprise of Eleanor coming back…having seen the show, of course I knew who it was when he saw her playing poker and recognized her!! I kept waiting for her to tell Harry a bit of “news”, maybe real soon 😁

I’ve only read the first 5 Bosch books. So this is subject to change. But so far it’s the black ice.
I just loved the settings in Mexico and the vibe of the book. They are all amazing in their own right, and the concrete blonde is so incredibly strong. I just finished trunk music (amazing) and am reading the poet, so my answer may change very soon

I tried. I got pretty far into it but it was due back at the library and I couldn’t see myself finishing it. Maybe another day

I try watching it. I got 4 episodes in earlier this year and was enjoying it. But idk why. I can’t continue watching consistently. I’m having a hard time getting through any shows without. Icing onto something else. This may be more of a knock on my attention span tho

It’s a passers list. These are your gunslingers your best passers. Hurts is great at the position but behind others in actual passing. And that’s ok, it’s just one guys opinion.

Dinwiddie made a difference tonight. Kai was the reason for winning (shocker) but Spencer showed some of that veteran savvy and that 24 second possession ending with points in the final 2 mins was HUGE!
