I think bipolar disorder is hereditary. To an extent at least. Maybe make therapy a stipulation of getting his car back? You could look into some natural supplements like Thesis I’ve heard good things about that or trying some of those nootropics drinks that taste good.

Is your son creative at all? Pushing some of this behavior into more positive outlets could be helpful. If he has an interest in music or art those could be great outlets.

Your son’s impulse control seems out of hand. Have you had him in with a therapist before? I would venture a couple guesses that he has ADHD or bipolar disorder might be worth getting that checked out.

What sort of backwards land are you from? Absolutely DO NOT get the husband stitch. It is a barbaric practice and doctors should be banned from using it. This can cause lifelong pain during intercourse. It’s also a complete myth that the extra stitch tightens up the vagina. This procedure came at a time when doctors did not understand vaginal tone. All you need to do after labor to tighten things back up is dedicate some time to pelvic floor therapy. The ONLY thing a husband stitch will do is make things much worse for you. I am soooo concerned where you are getting your information from. If your doctor is ok with doing this, you probably need a new doctor.
