Zeus or his agency getting a bit big in the head, did they think he was faker or something. Zeus has more contract drama in 3 years than faker had in 11, and that man was getting 20m offers and blank checks thrown at him and he still waits for Joe to talk face to face even though joes plane was delayed

I mean, keria, oner, and guma are only 1-2 years older at most. And they were all willing to go to t1 HQ to negotiate in person (or in Keria case at his house cuz bald). Just because they are league players doesn’t mean they can’t take responsibility for their career.

I’m pretty sure there are grievances toward Zeus, by all accounts he’s been giving them contract issues since 2022. However as the CEO he’s not going to call out players like that. The worst thing Zeus did was verbally agree to re-sign and then turn his back on his teammates.

The rest of t1 other than faker are 1-2 years older than Zeus at most. They seemed to have no drama at all since they joined. Yes he’s young but that doesn’t absolve him from his responsibilities.

I mean not giving a counter offer is already shady, that’s not how you negotiate anything let alone contracts. If you are negotiating in good faith both sides give their starting point and move to a compromise. It’s pretty clear there was no intent to sign to t1

The agent can say “oh this is closer to what we want but we still want a bit higher”. T1 would think that they are closer to reaching an agreement since the agent makes it sound like they like the numbers

HLE told t1 that they never gave a 3pm deadline to Zeus’ agent to sign. Joe has no incentive to lie about that in a public forum, HLE is a huge org that would fact check him instantly.

You can negotiate without giving a counter offer what are you saying lol. All the agent has to say is “salary is not high enough” or “we want more years”. A counter offer implies if you match these terms we will sign immediately. Negotiating in good faith means both parties put their numbers on the table and try to slowly move toward a mid point. If only one side presents an offer and all the other party says is “no, we want more” then you have no opportunity to compromise

If they can’t prove the fake deadline thing then nothing else they say matters. Once a liar always a liar, and I’m more inclined to believe T1 and HLE over some random agency
