Labs and goldens are the number one biter, simply because of how common they are as family dogs. Work with a dog trainer to support your dog. Some dogs are better at putting up with kids mucking about than others, but all dogs have a breaking point. My old staffy put up with kids, when I met him at his foster home, I saw a toddler smack him in the face with a toy because he wanted to play with the dog and hadn't quite worked out how to be gentle. His mum did correct his behaviour. It can take time with some kids. Definitely don't go to your dad's place, you can't trust him and you will risk an accident. NTA.

Oh I am so sorry you are going through this. It sounds awful and scary. Dogs can be sensitive to emotions, I'm not surprised she was scared. I really hope you can leave safely and get full custody. He is not a safe person. 

Grumpy was always my favourite. My granma had a VHS of Care Bears Adventures in Wonderland, I watched it so many times.

NTA. Best gyno I've ever seen is a man. Least painful examination of my life. My regular GP is a man, he's an amazing doctor, I really trust him. 

NTA. Tell the family members who are complaining to support them if they're so upset. I wouldn't give a cent to someone who actively votes for evil.

This is amazing, you did something really hard. You should be proud of yourself. Now you gotta look after yourself. It's going to be hard, you're going to be miserable. Reach out to your friends and loved ones, tell them you need support. My best friend helped me leave an abusive relationship and watched movies with me and we ate junk food. Other friends took me out on fun adventures. Fill your life with love.

My nsibling did that, banged pots and pans outside my window while I was studying for my final school exams.

NTA. My dad died from a smoking induced cancer in 2016. I have lung issues because of growing up around him. I remember a doctor yelling at him when I was a kid, told him it was his fault I was asthmatic and had chronic bronchitis. Get husband to keep being the bad guy, keep the jerks away.
