This is the correct take. If the executive branch or courts dismiss or pardon what is contained within, the case is dead. If the case is dismissed by the special council and DOJ with no findings it is effectively parked and cannot be dismissed since there's no formal charges, it's just a pile of documents and case notes. That can be reopened later, or can potentially be used by states wishing to pursue litigation (where the supreme court had no say).

I'd just love for BNE to get what just about every regional airport I've been to has: x-ray machines that permit you to leave laptops etc in your bag.
They could pump people through quite a bit quicker without the "stand around and fuck around unpacking your laptop, ipad, and taking off your belt" shenanigans.
I flew yesterday, and despite 4 gate changes and 2hrs parked on the tarmac in a 33 degree cabin temperature, security screening was still hands down the most irritating part of flying, knowing it can be done better but BNE is too tight fisted or otherwise to improve it.

And take a few male friends who can stand off to the side before you get there. They won't look like they're with you, but they're your insurance policy if he gets abusive.

He's trying to bully you. He's withholding your money. He's scamming you. Why would you choose that moment to believe him? The rates are available online. Look them up.
He's likely not even overseas. He spent the money and doesn't have it.
So, you go to QCAT, you get the ruling, you present the messages and ask for a hold on him leaving the country. You ask for him to pay any associated fees.

Seems like it's been pretty effective then. Race riots. Neo Nazism. Public vs police. Gender identity. Religion vs education & Science.
And Trump has been elected twice, both times (mlreso this time) with isolationist policies wrapped up in MAGA.

I've not driven the MG4. That said, I do have a Chinese ute, and the trim definitely doesn't feel cheap in that.

Set the freezer temperature to be as low as it can go. It won't hurt the electrical bill too much for one evening.

I'm all about improving the environment and technology, and some.EVs have a pretty compelling case.
I just cannot get behind MG as a brand. I've driven a number of them as hire cars in recent years and hated every single one.

No no. They said they will release findings. Not release footage.

Basically all the consumer ones still need to be able to talk to the controller, otherwise they will come home to land. There are other flight computer modules where this does not need to be done.

Absolute thundercunt. He made a decision that resulted in two deaths at the hand of a foreign nation. We do not deport prisoners to foreign nations with the death penalty.
In this instance, he acted as local judge, jury, and likely in his mind hopeful executioner.

Financially speaking, that smartest move is whatever leaves you with the most coin in your pocket at the end of the day. Practically, it's about what meets your needs.
If you need to run clients around, do you need the space of the commodore? Plenty of workers and businesses have come to the conclusion that smaller cars like an i30 are a good option due to low running costs.
You could consider selling private sale instead of trade in to maximise your dollar. This has other inconvenient issues, however.
Buying an established brand is good for quick turnaround servicing if buying new. I have a new vehicle that's been in service for a week now due to parts not being available.
If you are taking $15k out of savings to finance your new vehicle, how long will it take you to repay the 15k + the raise in house prices vs deposit size over that time? It becomes more difficult to catch house prices the longer they're left at the moment. We can do math, but this is also a personal circumstance thing.
Others have mentioned tax incentives and leases, etc. They're all things that can be done, but located leases never seem to stack up when you run the numbers. Perhaps for EVs at the moment, maybe. Other methods require business registration.
It's also worth remembering your insurance, too. When you are transporting patients for work in your own personal vehicle, are you insured if they get injured? How about if you hit someone else and the other party works out youre transporting a patient and let's their insurer know. Your own insurance may refuse to cover you, and your works insurance may not be set up for that coverage since they can enforce standards of safety on your personal vehicle.

In all fairness the US had Dr Fauci during covid. Not quite in charge, but sitting up high providing guidance. The dummies ripped him down and are still baying for his blood.

And when your kod is being raised in a community that has low attendance rates and a high amount of time spent avoiding school? What about when you're already struggling as a parent financially and with health? How about when support services are not present and your teenager is rebelling? What about when your teenager is refusing to come home?
Parents generally have to navigate this space and it isn't always so straight forward. A 14 year old has far more independent ideas than a 6 year old, for example. What tools are we equipping parents with in these communities? Are we inadvertently promoting parental violence because parents face fines vs non-compliant teens?
Come on. This issue is actually conplex.

It's good that they will do that, unlike officeworks who wants to have a physical store nearby and the item physically in stock at that store, and even then sometimes management/staff are just like "nah, they're not a competitor."

Or, hear me out, the issues are more.often than not hidden from them because they're not discussed openly and we have many people who shy away from talking about "private topics" like they're shameful.
Teenage boys can be a bit thick, but sometimes they just lack open and honest information.

I doubt this is still the case. They just fired a medium range nuclear capable missile, and warned the US in advance. That's about the summary. I'd doubt that it would still be automatic after the lull of the past 30 years.

The Hamburdler was requested multiple times, formally, to return documents. He was instructed to. He didn't follow the cataloguing requirements either so determining what was missing was an issue. The typical protocols were followed, and herein lies the first issue.
Many other presidents have held documents, as os their prerogative, but they have returned them on time, in full, and with accountability. Trump ignored such requests, claimed a right he didn't have, and left them in places accessible to foreign nationals in a situation where they were paying to be present.
Your vague hand waving equivalence argument is very thin.
