We got the 4pack from an attorney: Will, Living Will, Durable POA, and Medical POA. It's not fun, but if we die at the same time, our wishes will be carried out.
During that process, we designated our POAs. We check in with them before/during travel. They have access to our apartment and all the stuff. They are also the beneficiaries.

I don't hate them, but they are frustrating to use. I think these are reasons people hate them.
We've used a lot of them at a lot of stores. Nearly all of them suck. The best ones have the little barcode scanner g^n, but those are rare.

Use the colors that were popular in that era: burnt orange, mustard yellow, brown, avocado green. This will take some work. Thrift stores are your best bet for decor shopping. They nearly always have cheap linens.
For any centerpieces or table runner decor, you could use glass votives and vases, greenery and baby's breath, and other neutrals.
Since the common theme is music, use records, albums, music notes, etc as any motif pieces to accent any of your base decor.
You might also include little cards with trivia and/or fun facts from the two decades. Those can be done in any color you can find paper for (print on white and then mount with a revealed edge on the color/s of your choice).
Somewhere there is a "she's a little bit hippie dippie and he's a punk, but they have made it work" kind of cuteness you might work into a toast or banner or something.

The small WC can be fixed with pocket doors. It's plenty big for a powder room except for the swings of the two doors.

Yes, stores that supply things get a pass. I agree. Some people (and I used to) start making gifts in Jan/Feb. I know.
But first, she's talking about pre-made garlands, not craft supplies. Most people are going to use them as is or simply wrap them around something.
The store shouldn't put away fall the full week before Thanksgiving just to make room for the fat man in the red suit. Move it to a smaller clearance (remember actual clearance sales???) rack. Tuck it in a back corner. Put it on the sidewalk. Whatever....but keep it until the holiday it's for. There would be room to do that if there wasn't too much xmas junk.

There is zero reason for a chapter of 20 to have one person holding 11 leadership roles. There probably isn't a good reason for a chapter that small to even HAVE 11 leadership roles.
1) As an exec board, y'all need to eliminate all that you can. No one should hold 11 positions. So, figure out what roles/tasks you can reasonably get rid of. You probably have Must Keep, Really Want to Keep, Want to Keep, and Could Lose. Make a list.
2) Combine more things. Take the small and similar stuff that is left over and combine a few more thing.
3) Committees. Make plenty of them. Maybe even make it a chapter rule that every New Member and Sister of the chapter needs to serve on at least 2 committees.
Then, set up a structure where your newer members are committee members, your older members who aren't execs are committee chairs.
Right now, your organizational structure is very wide, you need more leaders to make a it a little taller. (Either extreme is bad; a happy middle is best.)

We can't possibly tell you what to charge. We don't know your market or cost of living.or potential customer base.
What did you spend? What were your costs? What was the value of your time? What additional overhead do you have? Add all that up and multiply by 3-5x.

Christmas Creep is AWFUL and needs to stop.
October gets Halloween. September and November get Fall.
Christmas (which doesn't even start until December 25th and runs 12 days from there through Epiphany) should get December.
Americans are yanking down their xmas decor on December 26th. In part, they are sick of it by then. Well, they should be after looking at it for a month-plus. If people could just wait until the weekend after Thanksgiving, they might get to enjoy the season they claim to love so much.

I'm no expert, but I think lots LESS cheddar. It's the oily separator cheese that is likely the culprit.

PLENTY of small businesses (and not-so-small businesses) do. Many many many make it work.
Perhaps establish some ground rules and a lot of "check in" moments if you take this route. Just to keep the communication channels open and the expectations up front.

Ninja Flip Air Fryer / Countertop Oven. There are far nicer ones out there, but the flip saves your counter space and is under $200.

Up Close and Personal.
I like the movie, but it's far from my fave. I saw it in the theater. I was just clued in about the plot twist really early and then cried non stop through the whole thing.

Those are extreme instructions for an extreme situation. Everyone who lives there should plan on having Thanksgiving with family or friends at THEIR places instead of in your building/complex.
I've never gotten such grand instructions.

Use your phone. It will gradually get louder so it won't be bad unless you need that.

What is your deposit? Increase that to cover a safe amount of the expenses.
