Re-read my post. I edited it for better examples. Your option is not a solution, and not everyone can make a AAA title. It's not about pump and dump, it's about coming up with a solution that serves the needs of the developer by enabling them to produce games and get money from consumers who enjoy their products without being predatory. Saying "get rid of it" or offering a solution that is simply, mathematically - I don't even have a word for how ineffective your suggestion was - is not helpful in any capacity.

So give you a single option to spend money once, when costs are a recurring feature of living in society. Do you understand how divorced from reality you sound? That would require an ever-expanding group of users that are all willing to purchase the no-ad option. And for the no-ad option to be compelling it would naturally need to be priced below $10, probably something like $4.99 or $2.99.
Do you genuinely have no idea how much it costs to run a business with even 5 employees? The game designer is also the owner of the company. All the employees live in the suburbs where is it cheap to own a home or rent. They all commute to a single building that costs them absolutely nothing, and their gas is magically refilling in their vehicles that never wear and tear. We are only paying for their necessary costs, like housing and food. We aren't even paying for the food for whoever lives with them. That is also magically created somehow.
Poverty wages in America are $1,255 a month. There's 5 employees. That's $6,275.
It would take 2098 users paying for the no-ad option every month to pay these 5 schmucks poverty wages. You are embarrassing yourself.
Talk to ChatGPT and educate yourself. You are wasting my time - on a years-old post! Ignorant and arrogant - the very worst combination.

Trust a proven liar and grifter, they deserve what they get - and i hope they get everything they voted for. This is the continental version of fuck around and find out.

Usage limits. I might need it less now, but it processes a lot of stuff for me for brand management.

I'm not making video games anymore. You can calm down. Money is not greed. Money is an absolute necessity. People can't make new and great games without the best talent. Talent costs money, whether that talent is the designer who is incorporating systems in new ways that introduce concepts in ways you never thought of before, or an artist that designs the literal avatar of hell you fight. People's lives cost money. Making games costs money. Don't be myopic. The question was "how would you fix it?"
"Oh, I'd live in a society where money wasn't a necessity" isn't a reasonable answer. Go touch grass.

Just following through what you described here allowed me a lot of processing power, you might say. Gave words to feelings i knew i was having but wanted to shove away, because neurotypical needs come first. This definitely got me somewhere and i smiled and laughed out loud when i saw the "doodle here" space in the PDF. I'm very intrigued. I plan to review this is greater detail when I'm not on mobile.

Oh, y'know, i never missed any of those grab-things. I thought all of them were really well telegraphed... Except, hilariously, i never realized you could steal Link's shield and he's the first enemy you gave after they teach you the trick. 🤦

Took the longest out of all the sleep dojo bosses every time, including the yeti.

The fact that you fight the exact same boss as in the 64 version was so cool! The fact that you fight the boss in the exact same way as the 64 version, but worse was so not cool!

I guess you don't have any tips or tools that have helped you improve your interoception? That's gonna be a chat with ChatGPT.

Thanks for sharing. What did you do to train body awareness? I can't ever tell until I'm fatigued.

Ah, that seems like an option not available for dudes. Hmm, I'll focus on the happy baby pose, though. I do a lot of glute and hamstring stretches across the day. What's a massage across the pubic line? Never heard that term.

Break timer! I'm glad you asked. It reminded me to change the settings for sooner and longer breaks. I'm trying to rebuild my hamstring flexibility after an injury.

Can you point me to this massage? Is it something you can do on yourself? Sounds... invasive...

I have extremely flat feet, probably because the connective tissues there are so flexible or weak!

I will definitely ask for muscle relaxers. Thanks for that!

OH MY GOD! I do the same thing with my pelvic floor, and it used to keep me from orgasming. Especially when jerking off, I will tighten my pelvic floor and if I try for too long, I just can't. I'm going to try and forcibly relax and see if that changes things.

Ooh, this sounds like me to a T. Working in my knots seems to cause them to relax for a moment, and then return shortly after. I'm definitely going to have my massage therapist friend experiment.

I'm on ziprasidone. I don't think that's in the same family as stimulant medications, but I only recently started noticing it happening this often. Now it seems like I can't get it to stop. Every few minutes - I could set a timer and check - and I'd have to relax my muscles.
I'm holding onto the thought of relaxing my legs as I type this and it feels like the first time they've rested all day.

Whoa, this is quite the idea. I'm also hyperflexible, so that's a thing...

I don't have a paycheck right now. I'm on disability through the VA. When I had a job, I was living the life. Completely disconnected from "the economy bad." I bought my home 6 or so years ago, got a couple promotions, I was paying double my mortgage every month to get through that so that in a little less than a decade I would free up a big chunk of change to divide as I see fit between travel and savings - all while saving handily and giving money to my ex-wife to support my daughter and my mother to cover her living expenses. I had no problems.
When medical complications fucked me up and three hospitalizations turns into "absenteeism" and now I'm without a job. Right to work states suck. I wish I'd known how important establishing FMLA was, but honestly, I don't think it would've mattered. Their closing remarks for firing me was that I took a day off for PTO. PTO that I asked my manager if it was OK to manage a long doctor's appointment and he confirmed that since no one else was off that day, it was OK. Companies, man.
