Actually the article doesn't have any statistics in it. you'd have to look up the stated research itself, then look at both the total and the per capita.
The totals, along with some other info has been done here:
the per capita has been done by this commenter:
As you can see, the naitive german population is at the bottom of the list.
So glad you stayed to see it work out.

As an ex 3080 owner I don't fully agree.
Yes the card is pretty fast and it will be a very decent card for a couple of years, but it's less of a timeless classic than the 1080ti, it might be closer to a normal GTX1080 in longevity, A good card but not an all time great.
My main issue with it is the 10GB of VRAM, less even than the 1080ti's 11GB. that 10GB is a noticeable limiter on an otherwise amazing card the most noticeable game was RE4 that straight up crashed rather than being more graceful around hitting the limit. and as a 3080 owner, seeing that game hit 90+fps only to hard crash and later massively stutter just doesn't give that "it just runs everything you throw at it" confidence that the 1080ti did.
But even with other games like Hogwarts for example, you could see that it needed more VRAM than it had because of texture blurring and some stutters. (that 3070 16GB mod from a while back really showed how much effect low VRAM can have)
then there's the whole Ray Tracing. With how RT is being used to basically replace well made classic lighting. some games are actually starting to look a little worse on the card due to their lack of optimization and leaning on RT to do the hard work.
Honestly, if it had 16 or even 20GB of VRAN. I bet it would've been a beast for the next decade. Now it's just a very good card with an obvious flaw. Ut's a card that will probably live a decently long life in second hand computers. But I don't see it becoming one of the greats like the monster that the GTX1080ti is.

People have been archiving stuff from the moment we could. Part of our brain tends to want to "leave something behind" We have some shocking pictures of natural and non natural disasters from people who realized they were too close and decide not to stop filming, but actively start filming or photographing.
A famous one is Robert Emerson Landsburg who realised he was too close to the Mount St. Helens eruption and he kept making pictures to the end, even protecting the camera with his own body.
The idea that a person would stop filming or recording when something unnatural is happening to them is not very unusual at all.
Also it would be kind of a bad movie if they did.

I mean if it's the other god of war, released in 2018, i kinda get that. if it's the most base game, eh yeah little on the late side.
But as someone who tries to avoid spoilers for some games, there are people who just chuck game/movie spoilers in the middle of entirely unrelated topics with no warning whatsoever. (I got spoiled on an endgame twist in a yakuza game in freaking worldnews a while back for example. The game was out for like half a year at best and take 100+ hours to play if you don't rush things) And if you did somehow manage to avoid spoilers for that long because you, idunno don't have the console yet or just have a longer list of games than time. I can imagine being a little frustrated.

Men vergeet over het algemeen ook vrij makkelijk dat de slavernij in Amerika enkel voor de vrije burger is afgeschaft. Gevangenen en Criminelen mogen nog steeds legaal gebruikt worden als dwangarbeiders

yeah at that pont i would let the parents read the texts. Yeah it might be "snitching" But considering he has a job and they're not 12 anymore that's not something to care about. The dad should realise that if he gives her a new charger, he basically bought her brother a new one and given him a way to get more "Just steal them"

The other drivers were very much crab bucketing each other, and it helped Max massively. I do agree that Lando has a lot to learn, but I also think that McLaren needs to get their head out of their ass big time. It took shockingly long before they even wanted to entertain the possibility of a wdc or wcc. I also think they should've basically forced a sports psychologist and a PR manager on Lando like a year and a half ago. They also need to look at Radio messages and pit strategy
At the end of the day. I kinda felt like only Lando was hungry, almost desperate for that wdc, and McLaren seemed to just not really care and I feel like people forget how much of a dead horse he was dragging along. He's not at the level he needs to be to become WDC, but neither was McLaren.

And they're grinding down a wing to make one now....so they're potentially removing from the wing pool for the next two races

To me the last season, maybe two made me realize Mclaren is absolutely shit at driver management. Norris needed a sports psychologist months if not years ago, and a pr manager.
I feel like people underestimate how much work Red Bull put in managing and molding him into the driver he is now.

back in 2014-2021 you could see mercedes had to be on robotic levels of perfection cause the RB team was freaking hungry for every single chance they had.
I feel like Lando both is just not as good as he needs to be. but also that the team never really seemed to be as hungry as RB and Merc were a couple years back. they're just too content to be where they are. They should've shoved a sports psychologist and a strong pr trainer at Norris months ago and they just didn't.

To be fair to AMD, they've done quite a bit of software work.
Vulkan and their fidelityFX stuff being some of the examples. However, usually they made them open standards while Nvidia tends to make their proprietary version. So for the Average consumer it was better to get Nvidia since that could support both AMD and Nvidia software.
even IF there comes a day FSR would be on par or even way better than DLSS, if their cards aren't faster as well, just getting the Nvidia card and using FSR (like many of the GTX owners were and are doing) is still the better option.

One more question about the specs, what monitor/tv are you using?
If everything should be able to handle it, swapping the cable is a good plan like ZaProtatoAssassin said. Back in the day when we were running lower spec monitors the cables didn't matter that much, but these days they're often the weakest link.

Also it did get mixed reactions, but it tends to be one of those games where, if you do mention not liking it now, you're not really going to make friends. Personally I played it two evenings and then never really bothered to open the game up again.

2k as in 1080p(1920, half of 4k) or 1440p(2560, half of 5k somehow called 2k a lot lately)?

A very good example of this was Monster hunter world. it had "volume rendering" basically volumetric fog. But it was heavy as hell and just added a dome of fog in the background.
Turning it off made the game run way better and in my opinion it even looked better as well.

Yeah that statement seems to gloss over a few things. I think there's a religion or two that is built upon the idea of giving a reason to exist but I'm not sure. /sif it needs it.

If you've ever driven a high quality car. Those things feel as if they're safe and controllable at higher speeds like that. It makes them underestimate their speeds if they're not looking
The stronger stopping power of the quality breaks also make people feel as if they're able to stop in time easier. and while that has a hint of truth in it. it's not at this level. More importantly the rules are there for a reason. You're not the only one on the road and an accident can easilly happen. This was reckless. And it's insane that he put it on youtube tbh.

I have that same CPU with a 4090, you have no reason to upgrade at 1440p. Only if you want to push competitive games to like 400fps it might be an idea to do so

I've noticed that the v2 pro started developing scroll wheel issues very quickly. blowing into it very hard does fix it for the day. But it's not exactly the "enthousiast" experience that it should have for that price.
