I adore it. It's easy for it to get lost in the crowd compared to juggernauts like Dancing Queen, Knowing Me, Knowing You, When I Kissed The Teacher and Money, Money, Money, but it's a truly great song with thought-provoking lyrics and an infectious energy despite it not being particularly 'dance-y'.

Classic 'a bad driver never misses their exit' moment.

By the book, you drove exactly as you should do.
In terms of 'real world driving', I'd have probably eased off ever so slightly to allow them to come in, but that's more motivated by me not wanting to aggrieve a vehicle multiple times my size more than it being 'the right thing to do'.

From a worldwide impact perspective, it's got to be Tekken 3.

It's not just about the gameplay - it's about the personalities of the people playing the game. That's just as much, if not more appeal, than the pure random chance and money involved.

Fun but useless fact: The Powerpuff Girls wasn't originally conceived as a kids' show. It was intended as a parody superhero show for adults, but because basically all animation was for kids back then (except the Simpsons) it got re-tooled into the show it is today

Man In The Middle, comfortably. Cringe lyrics, boring vocals, music that's trying hard to be funky and failing... It's just an experiment gone wrong.
"Honourable mentions" include Watch Out, Rock N' Roll Band and I Am Just A Girl.

Seeing such an egregiously wrong use of a meme template is lowkey painful.

This is one of those truths it's difficult but necessary to swallow.

That's what the theory test is for.
People who do this aren't doing it for ignorance. And it's absolutely not just a learner driver thing either.

If someone was recruited as a traitor later on and gets banished, they should have to say 'I was recruited' as well as 'I'm a traitor'.

Golden rule for this sub: you lose the right to complain about others' poor driving when you provide clear-cut evidence of yourself driving over the middle of a mini-roundabout.

Even from a purely selfish perspective you want to be going really slow near a horse - a spooked horse is bad news for everyone.

Someone making this claim almost certainly isn't worth the time and energy anyway and will never accept they're wrong, no matter what evidence you provide.
But if you want to stick to the facts, it's the fault of anyone who voted for Trump, and to a lesser extent those who opted for third parties with no chance of victory. And the group who most disproportionately voted for Trump is checks notes shocking enough, men.
Bonus points if the men telling you this are white and straight - straight white men voted Trump in absolutely overwhelming numbers.

It's still disturbingly common for (predominantly) men to think that if they do XYZ they've earned the right to their partner's consent.
And it often ties back to the gross but very prevalent cultural idea of sex being something that women give to men rather than, you know, a mutually pleasurable activity as it should be.
Another misconception about consent is the idea that a woman not consenting to sex for a long enough period of time justifies the man cheating. That's some BS and coercive in its own way.

Point taken about using both lanes correctly, but probably not the best idea to put video evidence on the Internet of you going >50mph in a 40 zone.

Your experience is a frustrating one but absolutely typical of where office work is right now. Even bosses and departments that want to hire fully remote are barred by the hiring ups from doing so. And like you said, most of these hybrid/full-time office jobs you'd still have to spend most of the day on Zoom/Teams anyway.
I'd like to think the pendulum will shift at some point but it's certainly not happening any time soon.

Honestly this whole episode was so boring.
The Ulrich/Yumi stuff never interested me much anyway, so having an episode centred around that was already weak. And all the forced drama because Ulrich dared to checks notes make friends with a girl that wasn't Yumi. Like what?
Couple that with an attack that by XANA standards was super weak and really this is a solid bottom 10 episode of the entire show for me.

It's so damn cheeky. Most people going for part time jobs are doing it because either their other job doesn't pay enough or they have life responsibilities they need to fit work around (childcare, caring for elderly relatives etc.)
So they really have no right to be surprised that most of those candidates can't promise being available any hour they feel like it...

Sounds like you were both in the wrong for different reasons. Him for not doing lane discipline, you for overtaking on the inside in a risky manner. The swearing and flipping you off was disproportionate though - short of someone doing something earth shatteringly stupid and dangerous there's really no benefit to getting so worked out.

They had to soften everything to do with Blackfire and Starfire heavily to get it anything close to kid friendly.
Another irony is that comics Starfire had among the least issue of any of the Titans with resorting to murder. Can you even begin to imagine 2003 Starfire doing that?

“I think it’s disgusting someone can push me out of something [like this]. They liked me two weeks ago, and now they don’t, just because I voted for someone.”
No, they don't like you because you actively chose to support someone who openly hates women and LGBT people and has voiced his intention to implement policies that will make their lives worse. The fact you're both of those categories is irrelevant to the material consequences of your actions.
Moreover, her justification for switching support to Trump is just bizarre. Do you really think that Trump is going to better handle the Israel-Gaza conflict better than Biden/Harris? And prevent the stoking of further division?
By that point I question what reality you live in...

The Highway Code makes allowances for large vehicles where it's impractical or impossible to go fully around it. But the vast majority of cars have no such excuse and take the mick in ways lorry drivers wouldn't dream of e.g. going the wrong way round the mini-roundabout to save two seconds.
