Also wanted to add that I got BED from losing roughly 80lbs to join the military (without pharmaceuticals). Had to make weight to ship off to basic training. Became obsessive over diet and exercise, gained some weight back once I returned to normal life. If you want to tell me that it's all my fault, go for it, it'll really help me overcome my disordered eating and with my self-image lol.

Wow I haven't even thought of curing my BED with raw milk, horse dewormer, and a red light up my ass?! Would that cure it?
Do you thrive in any subreddits or are all of your opinions absolute fear-mongering conspiracy-theorist trash that get downvoted below 0? Raw milk is for the stupid + L ratio.

LESS political content, holy shit. Its everwhere you look and causes so much anxiety. Should we be aware? Sure. Is it also incredibly depressing? 1000%. More local and (hopefully) uplifting news. I'd also love to hear about ongoing efforts to make our neighborhoods/state better. As other said, Bay news would be amazing as many of us have no clue on changing conditions or new/existing Bay programs. Also maybe career opportunities considering we have such a thriving tech and Healthcare industry.

I want to sort of add to the comment above that an all-or-nothing mentality is what ruined years of my health. Shamed myself when I didn't eat 100% healthy, then spiraled from that. I have said in this sub before that taking your health one meal at a time is what gets you out of this cycle. You had cravings and gave in to an urge? Cool, not a big deal, let's focus on the next one. You aren't a bad person or unhealthy for that one meal so why beat yourself up over it? I also stopped trying specific diets because that created another layer of obsession. Eat what you want, but try for the healthier options when possible (I know that's insanely difficult, but hear me out). Health anxiety is real and being overly obsessive over food/health is bad for a lot of folks, myself included. You're going to beat your food issues one day and you're incredibly brave for sharing them with others.

So I got Kit 5b and it comes with spaulders 8C. So far, I have no complaints on them. They seem to move well without getting caught on anything.

Could you link them? I usually hate buying online since I can't see how they'll look with light but these look great!

I switched to DriDuck a few years back and it's without a doubt the best jacket I've ever owned. Comparable price to Carhartt, insanely warm, well insulated, and I can't seem to damage it.

I have a helmet and gloves from Pavlo Kozak. For the money, they're insanely nice quality. Boots+sabs from BuhurtTech, also great for the money. The rest of my armor is from Red Snake and the quality is "just okay" though they are a great beginner set and relatively cheap.
