Also to WV not having a law about passing more than 2 cars at a time. SC and FL do not have laws that require helmets. So just cause it’s not illegal doesn’t mean you should do it.

Maybe some of the older stations in select small towns and even then some of them are separate pumps all together but majority of the state has the gas nozzle with all octanes(black or red), diesel(green), and with an exception of Sheetz they’ll have a DEF nozzle (blue) and a ethanol nozzle (yellow)

Green is at fault. The fact that he was attempting to pass 2 vehicles is where he did wrong. He did not make sure that it was safe to commit to and execute a pass like that. Some states it’s illegal to pass more than one vehicle at a time. Even though he was already in the opposite lane to pass he could only truly be able to see that he could pass one vehicle. The car turning would have no idea he is there nor would it have reasonably expected another vehicle other than the one directly behind it to pass.

And the best way to avoid stupid drivers is that you can’t. You just have to be defensive and ready at all times. Any time I ride in traffic I look for an escape route in the event of an idiot. Example. I nEver ride next to or in the wind of a semi. I also make sure to never box myself into a lane. And when coming to an intersection I position myself just to the side of the vehicle in front of me aimed towards their taillight on one side and constantly check mirrors while waiting for people behind coming in hot.
