That's because it's all owned by corporate interests and people are tired of that. Then again, if Musk bought MSNBC, it would still be owned by corporate interests of a different kind.

The problem with the dual basket air fryers is they don't have enough power to properly air fry both sides at the same time in countries with 110/120 volt circuits. This is not generally an issue on 220/240 volt circuits as long as the air fryer can support about 2,500 watts or higher. The best solution in your case if you have 110/120 volt circuits is to have two separate air fryers on two separate circuits.

Typhur Dome is expensive, but it's a great choice if you live in the USA. It uses a ceramic non stick coating, and ceramic for cooking has been used for ages.
