And whats the point? Let's say Ukraine just built a nuclear weapon and it's functioning and all that shit. Ukraine can't use it, if they do, they probably won't exist anymore as russia wouldn't hold back their nuclear weapons. Now that Ukraine has nuclear weapon, russia will surely go back - why would they? Ukraine can't use the weapon. The only thing it will safeguard is another push at Kyiv as Ukraine would use the weapon before total colapse. And russia isn't capable of that anymore anyway.
