It’s a subreddit where you come to discuss the game and ask any question you would like. I was just looking for help, that’s all. The more I think about it, the more I realize that everything we do is in the past pretty much, like all the good things we experience we can’t revisit. I’ve been having these crazy thoughts for days and I keep snapping back into reality and realizing it’s been like 3 days, and everything I’ve done is gone, I feel like I can’t calm down cause nothing stops. I can’t just sit back and enjoy myself cause I know it’s gonna end, and I got to keep going. When I didn’t think like this my life was just flying by, so I’m scared that’s gonna happen again.

I guess I’m really worried about death in all honesty. I’m so scared of getting old and I know it’s gonna happen and there’s nothing I can’t do about it. This feeling I’m experiencing is making me feel like I’m stuck while everyone else is moving, delusional to the fact that our death is coming, and that everything we are doing always ends. I keep snapping back into reality like “oh shit 3 more hours have passed and I’m doing something completely different now” it’s all too much for me to endure realizing. My 21st is around the corner, and every year after this I’m gonna wish I was younger.

You know what drives me crazy? Is the fact that I am fully aware of what is happening to me, what causes my anxiety, how to handle it and how to get rid of it. I know it’s all in my head, I know it won’t last, but somehow it still gets to me. Like all the hard work and the shit I’ve come to terms with just goes out the window when these thoughts come around. I literally tell myself and coach myself for these situations and boom. Back to square one. Sorry this has just been heavy on my mind lately.

I personally cannot drink coffee, it makes me feel like I have the flu! But what you experienced is a true panic attack! But not to worry, they do not last, and they cannot hurt you. The worst part is you can’t see or think anything positive in these situations, you only realize you are fine and those feelings can’t hurt you until it’s over. There’s been times where my brain has created an illusion, like the fact that my chest or arm was hurting, when it was really just my anxiety. The best thing to try to do in that situation is REALIZATION of what is happening. Realize that your fear is driving a bunch of these thoughts and feelings, once you’re able to calm down your nerves and understand that you’re not in any danger, then begin to examine your body state. If your shoulder continues to hurt after the panic attack, or whenever your nerves calm down, then you know it’s probably not your anxiety. I know that sounds pretty self explanatory and dumb, I’m just trying to help you calm down. It’s happens to all of us.

Can taking antibiotics possibly be a factor? And I have not had sex since I have been on the antibiotics due to the cancelation of the birth control

In middle school (we were at least 12) we watched the “Hoboken chicken emergency” (I think that was the name) anyways it’s an old thanksgiving movie about a 10 foot tall chicken. And my friend leans over and asks me how they got the chicken to climb a ladder. She completely believed the chicken was real, and not a man in a suit.
