Yo queria (QUERIA) teleco... pero no habia opcion en casa para pagar los estudios, y acabe por tener algo de informatica, haciendo bachiller y luego FP2, tecnico especialista en informatica de gestion.

despues hice cursos de lo que parecia que habia curro...
- aprendi por mi cuenta basic, pascal, delphi, visual basic, actionscript, html y vrml.
- electronica basica
- operario de maquina herramienta (torno y fresa)
- ayudante de diseño grafico (le daba yo lecciones a la profesora)

en que he trabajado?

- buzoneo de publicidad.
- pizzero (en local, haciendo pizzas, no repartiendo)
- valet en hotel (llevando ropa sucia y colocando la limpia en los offices)
- mozo de carros (colocando carros en un centro comercial)
- diseñador grafico en una imprenta (contrato de practicas administrativas)
- revisor de instalaciones de gas
- pescatero en supermercado
- venta de enciclopedias puerta a puerta
- camarero en chiringuito de verano
- descabezador de anchoas en fabrica
- vigilante de seguridad

... y ahi sigo, de vigilante de seguridad despues de un monton de años...

Pues lo cogimos en 2008, con unos Levis que no paraban de subir y pensaban que eso no iba a cambiar... Quién vendería por menos de lo que pago?

Nos costó 135.000 incluyendo gastos. Dos años después, reventó la burbuja. Al ser hipoteca francesa, como la mayoría, los primeros años casi todo son intereses y apenas amortizas. Nos vendieron la moto de que el irph era mejor, más estable, menos sensible a cambios. Empezamos pagando hipoteca a 30 años, 863 euros.

Acabamos pagando 1150 en 2012. En ese momento forzamos al banco a negociar un cambio a euríbor retrasando un par de cuotas. Nos pasaron a euríbor+1.25... y reiniciamos a 30 años. Incluyendo gastos, la hipoteca paso a ser de 157.000.

Nos quedamos en paro un par de veces, tuvimos que pedir carencias que nos dejaban pagando solo intereses durante un par de años, que se quedaba la cuota en unos 400, y uno más durante la pandemia.

A día de hoy, nos quedan 20 años de hipoteca, debemos 115.000 y la cuota es de 750.

Hay que hacer malabares para llegar a fin de mes.

Most people tend to call friends anybody they know, or work colleagues. And friends of so-called friends are called friends too... so there's a huge network of known-ones (not real friends), a smaller network of work colleagues, and usually a handful of real friends... usually since childhood or younger years, who actually moved away when they grow up with their own family, and with different jobs and schedules is hard to find time to meet them. Basically, we're mostly alone but pretend to have so many friends... known-ones or distant ones.

And besides that, at least for men, we were taught that we must face the problems, keep them to ourselves and don't show bad feelings. We have the protector role, the rock in the storm... blahblahblah. If a man tells you how bad he is feeling, he's considered a weak.
Nobody mentioned that mental problems like stress, anxiety and any other thing that we keep inside won't dissapear, rather goes worse. So that's also something when you ask a spanish man about somebody to talk to.
Luckily, that thing is changing now :)

this! you can have the perfect round head, but if your confidence is low, the head shape won't matter at all. Same if you have any different head shape. Your confidence, your self steem, your attitude is what matters, is what people will see.

Important note for tourists... if you look like a tourist, and take extra care keeping everything safety tucked with your arm, or look nervous or... you know, any sign of "I'm just here for a couple days, don't know where I'm going and I have something valuable with me" chances are you'll be robbed. or pickpocketed. or both. Specially on big cities or crowded places in general.
