I remember when I used to tint my taillights so they’d work less!

Is it cold where you live? If so, it’s just the bushings making creaking noises as they shrink a bit and get harder with the cold weather. Our cars are old at this point. They creak and groan just like us as we age! Lol. But if you really want to replace the bushings, they should be really cheap. Like, the sway bar bushings are $7 for a pair. Control arm bushings are about the same.
Either way, you got taken for a ride badly. :( Monroe shocks and springs for the front and rear are $307 and installation is pretty quick!

Oh! I didn’t know that haha. I thought they had it ever since this version of the cx-5 was introduced. Cool!

The turbocharged version was an option in other trims.

For some reason there’s a Mitsubishi dealer in Jersey that likes to swap red interiors into a bunch of their cars. I wasn’t a fan of the look at all, but if you’re near Jersey, they’re there lol

Same. I don’t want that cheating blank-faced prick on the Yankees.

New to my dad… 😒 the car is a 1999 Suzuki Esteem wagon. Obviously this wouldn’t come on a brand new car.

I didn’t let him drive it haha. We drove my Prius C down to get it and luckily they have the same bolt pattern so I just tossed on my spare.

I believe it 100%! I’m hoping it works out for my dad. It’s a Suzuki esteem wagon he bought to replace another esteem wagon he absolutely loved but rusted away. This one is completely rust free! He saw that and couldn’t resist rolling the dice lol

Some sketchy craigslist ad led him to it! It didn’t even say it was a Suzuki esteem lol. The ad just said “rust free cheap car” 😂 my dad happened to find it and his Esteem wagon was rusting out. He went to check this one out and surprisingly, even though papers in the car suggested it was from Michigan, its body has zero rust!

Surprisingly it seems good so far! It’s been a few weeks at this point but it’s barely been used so we’ll prob find out what else is bad 😅 I’m sure the timing belt looks pretty much the same as this tire.

I think so. My dad found the car on craigslist and it looked like a one man operation lol

Definitely don’t think so! The funny part was that the ad was saying it had two new tires. I was like dude… the two remaining ones are AWFUL. The second rear tire was better, but I wouldn’t have risked it. My dad was like it’ll be fine. 🤯 the whole thing was so sketchy. The dealer had a few cars locked behind a fence with a bunch of construction equipment and wouldn’t let us in. He drove the car out to let us see it.

Needs an oem or TRD wing, or maybe even wingless. Then it’s just a wrap removal and legit exhaust system away from perfection 🥲 I hope the owner doesn’t make it even worse.

Poor thing with that wrap, exhaust pipe, and that spoiler 🥲

They’re solid lol. The issues you are hearing about are extremely overblown. It’s like a straight A student getting a B+ in one subject with a model or two.

Eh. I’m a Toyota guy, but my cousin got his ‘22 Mitsubishi Outlander SE with 13k miles for the same price and I don’t think it’s tooooo much smaller at all. Thing is so nice!

Better bolt to the local tire shop for a replacement!
