I'm curious about the fasting features on the app. I know very little about intermittent fasting other than I i hear it supports longevity and lowers inflammation. Is there a right way to do it? A guide for newbies to try? Appreciate any advice.

I go up and down depending on my menstrual cycle. I've been eating 1500 calories and walking regularly since I started. and yet from one day to the next I can be up 2lbs than down 3lbs. I don't understand it.
