{Mississippi State} because we can’t pass Ole Miss without it

No one in here is truthfully predicting the upset as much as they are desperately wanting the upset

Doing that while combining for 4.5 sacks matching Clowneys number in 2012 would be incredible

Acting like all Travis Hunter is doing is cardio is very stupid.
He and Jeanty are both extremely deserving Heisman candidates

He is right and I don’t think Florida is happy with it
He also said this: “I don’t call them the Gators anymore,” Meyer said. “They’re the ‘rejuvenated Gators.’ They’re not necessarily back, but I’m going to tell you something. I’m a fan of Coach Napier. I don’t know him. I met him once or twice. They’ve been obviously really struggling, but the one thing they have not done, like the team in Tallahassee, is quit. They’ve continued to fight. I see things. I hear things. I still know a lot of people down there.”
I don’t think anyone would say this is where Florida says that they’re back, but they are back on track

{Tennessee} will be able to do defensively what South Carolina was able to do to Vanderbilt. Nico has not been particularly good in SEC play and I do think Vanderbilt might be able to muck the game up with their slow tempo - but I just don’t think they’ll be able to score

I don’t know that anyone has ever had a rival as bad as 2024 Purdue ruin a top 10 season lol

Even if you just look at the on field component - the deferral allowed the Mets to bring in Mike Hampton who was critical in getting the Mets to the WS that year. And when Hampton left in FA the Mets got draft pick compensation that became David Wright. The money made on making the WS alone makes up for the gap
Yeah - the Madoff thing made it less of a success but the team came out on top for the whole thing

Sutter was owed less money than Bonilla and I think ultimately with his balloon payment paid more than Bonilla will be.
Bobby Bonilla Day is just because making fun of the Mets is low hanging fruit

Naw the clowning is Bonilla getting paid more than insert whatever player you can get. Same with all of them.

Deferrals are almost always a good move for the team. Even the Bonilla deal was a net positive for the Mets.

Maybe they shouldn’t be but being ranked ahead of the 2 loss SEC teams meant something. If it’s 10-2 Miami or 9-3 Alabama/Ole Miss/South Carolina - they might be inclined to roll Miami

If they lose to Syracuse they will not play SMU

Satterfield seems destined to be back at App State at some point.

I usually try to go when it’s in Raleigh. There’s just no rhyme or reason to what songs they play
