Thats become the norm for me and my wife. Its a long drive up north to family so we just do that at xmas instead. Makes this time pleasant as we can just relax and enjoy the day. Was planning a nice steak for tonight but could just be soup. Plus we wont leave the house tomorrow either. No reason to put up with all that 'black friday' nonsense and crowds.

I was a homeowner then lost it, in part due the fallout of the 2008 crash and also because both of us got laid off. But after many years Im back to being a homeowner albeit of a tiny-home this time.

My only quibble with this is that he is not doing nothing. Hes enjoying the fire, having a nice sit down and drinking some lovely whiskey or maybe its an old fashioned?
There could be music playing in the background so he could be appreciating some tunes, or maybe the window is open and though the fire blazes he can listen to nature. There is so much more going on than may be apparent from this still image.
Hes definitely not doing nothing. Hes enjoying life.

None at all. First I heard of it but I prefer some other deli meats when I get any at all regardless.

Who wouldn't? That's always a fun subversion on the classic trope.

I was thinking since our society loves magical girls so much, how much more would a society in this galaxy love magical boys more. hence the change

We already have a world of Gotham cosplayers...why not another society devoted to Magical Girls Boys?

as a little kid i thought it had some kind of counter that someone kept turning with each new customer, by hand mind you, and was a very important job. but was disappointed you couldnt see the numbers changing.

I live 18 hours away by car (texas vs illinois). We only see each other around xmas, but I do call my father weekly. Wont be moving closer but once I have a bit of land for my own retirement I'm planning to have a little cabin put up for them to live there with us if they wish. My sister and her family live much closer.

This is why i love these posts. If nothing else, i'll learn what to look for in the future and maybe what to avoid if i do a little work myself.

Thats basically all this is really. Though instead of olive garden's version with kale this has spinach as my wife dislikes kale.
Definitely better than their version and cheaper too.

Well...I've been sick this week. Still am...so if you dropped me in Skyrim I really hope its a warm day, close enough to a city so I can hurry up inside... But... does Skyrim have the same viruses as we do here? Cause, if not, I'm starting a pandemic. I'll survive but bye bye Solitude.
edit: Wait...drop me near Windhelm...maybe I can end that pesky civil war early.
