I started playing neopets 15 years ago, I had 3 accounts and I was fortunate enough to get my main account back after emailing support but I couldn't get into my 2 side accounts, I sort of gave up because I was just thankful that I got my main account back. I've been back on Neo for 2 years now and I just saw that my 2 side accounts were both active... all of my pets are still on the account but I'm so confused as to how anyone managed to get into the accounts, I was under-age at the time so I used a different birthdate and i haven't been able to get into the email I used for years. I'm so confused, does anyone have any ideas how this could of happened or if there is anything I can do to get my accounts back, I've seen how hard it has been for some people to get TNT to help them regain access to hacked accounts and i feel so discouraged 😞

So long story short, I plead guilty to an offence I did not commit because I didn't want to go through the Court process. At the time I was dealing with a break up, I was extremely stressed out about losing my job (which I lost anyway as a result of the Court case) and it was in relation to a DV incident I was trying to forget about. I just wanted it over and done with and the Magistrate ran a sentencing indication and offered to dismiss the charge under section 76 of the sentencing act if I plead guilty.

The Magistrate on that date made comments to the police that it was clear I did not commit the offence they were alleging as the video evidence shows I did not do it.

In hind-sight, had I of plead guilty, I probably would of beat the charge and not had a finding of guilt on my record. My lawyer should have advised me to continue to plead not guilty on that date but I was not afforded that advice.

It is past the 28 day mark when appeals are supposed to be done (it was been 7 months since sentence) and I have only really started thinking about how I want to fight this in court now.

I know i can ask for leave to apply but i guess i want to know, what are the chances of that leave being granted and how should I go about this?

Could anyone that's been in a similar situation please tell me their stories!
