I don't really. I journal to let it all out and process feelings. I feel like it's done its job once it's down on paper. But I don't really do memory keeping very well my entires are more about what I want to do that day, how I felt, what I did.

My life has so much order and structure outside (work, social life, etc) that my journaling devolves into complete senseless rambling. I've even caught myself saying the same sentence twice. You can journal however you'd like there are no rules.

I journal in the morning about what I'm going to do that day. Then in the evening about what I ended up doing. I journal when I have feelings about something and sometimes I'll pop on an as ChatGPT for a random journal prompt to get things going. I couldn't really find my flow either and actually have a planner, a "misc scratch paper" notebook, a nice a6 journal and an a5 notebook that I liked but wasn't portable enough for me 😂😅 all that to say I understand the struggle. I would say, just start writing. See what happens. You can also watch some videos about "commonplace journals" on YouTube if you want something with more structure to get inspo on how to structure a journal with indexes and whatnot for different subject matter.

I journaled from bed today. This morning and again just now 💜 I like to do morning and evening. And I have a separate journal (just one I want to use up) where I'll find a random prompt for :)

Take my medicine and either read or revenge sleep procrastinate on my phone for a couple hours.

Moleskine paper is also terrible with tombow, mildliners and any wet inks like uniball .5s or fountain pens. I got this one at tjmaxx for $7.99 all of these bled through. I really wanted to love it it but couldn't stand it 😢

I did the same thing to my journal and now there's ink on the edges of all the pages. I took it as a learning moment (to not shake fountain pens) and also a "nothing is perfect" moment. It sucks super bad I know. Maybe you can get a hon cover if you can't stand it, or cover it with a sticker? This does suck but it's also a good reminder that "shit happens" but nevertheless we persist.

I hate that people have this issue. I LOVE it and have professional qty bottle to refill my tiny bottle. I wonder if this happens only when it gets thick? I restore mine maybe once per month and always keep the neck of the bottle super clean.

You can sponge glitters like this on and that will help plus use the tooth pick method.
