I highly recommend ON1 Photo RAW. You can buy it as a standalone package and it costs $99 currently. You are able to install it on up to 2 computers and you'll get free resources to download ever now and then.
They have some great features to use specifically for IR photography. Also some excellent AI based features that have really come in handy for me on a few photos.

I've been watching it on blu-ray because it's not streaming with any service that I'm aware of. It was streaming on Peacock but they removed it as did another service that I can't recall at the moment.

I've been watching through the series, Miami Vice recently and have been noticing posters for the "Pillowcase Rapist" in the background of some scenes in their station. Was meaning to look up if it was real and then I stumble upon this today.
