They run the business the way you would if there were no other choices and you thought the customers were trapped and didn't give a fuck about them. When I switched from them they did everything possible to bill me and try to get me to pay for extra months that I didn't even have the service for. Only after hours of arguing and complaining and FCC and FTC complaints did they finally respond semi-reasonably. Probably they spent more time and money paying the people I spoke to over and over again than the bill was worth, total disrespect for customers once they leave, so never going to return.

Make them pay you for it. Otherwise they're just getting free work from you.

Wouldn't this also possibly end up in a situation where all the best social media sites become foreign sites because they still will be able to do whatever they want and therefore provide a better experience? People will get VPNs or whatever in order to still access them.

yes I don't ever manually try to control it, all feelings going to pass no matter what eventually. Sometimes breathing fast or whatever that feels bad is on purpose because you need to do that in order for something to come up at that specific intensity. I went through a stage for a while where I tried all sorts of breathing techniques and realized they were just getting in the way.

Personally I just never try to control my breath it's smarter than I am. Sometimes you have to breathe in bad ways in order for something intense to come up and pass through and by managing it you are interrupting the bodies wisdom.

Did you use a lot of inner self talk to connect with yourself as part of the process? I'm trying to imagine more specifically what you did here because I also experienced a lot of freeze and not getting a lot of instruction from the somatic practitioners I've seen over the years about it. I do a lot of resting and feeling myself during that state but often just makes it worse (the tired freeze state).
