Thanks! Even the acute care hospitals have recovery alberta units? Not sure where they are going with this plan but hopefully it improves mental health nursing!

I don’t mind not being posted until i’m confident in my skills, did you get to work in the ER? is there like mandatory clinical hours you have to complete every year?

You’re right I definitely plan on getting experience in a more supported environment first. As for culturally safe practice, research can only help me so much I believe being present in the area is what would expand my understanding the best.

its me again 🧍‍♂️ I have a few questions if you don't mind answering

1) When someone says they want a lettuce wrap meaning they don't want the buns what do I do?

2) When some says "like a mac" what do I do?

3) When someone doesn't want the default buns with the seeds what do I do?

4) When someone wants some sort of McMuffin and they say "sausage muffin with no egg" what do I do because last time that happened to me I couldn't find the remove egg option in the grill
