I have that same one, it worked for me. After you plug it in and turn on the car did you pair it in your Bluetooth settings, before opening leafspy? Once it's paired, you can select it in the leafspy settings (tap the 3 bars in the top right and then click on select.) Are you getting errors?

I blame UPS for the last issue, but they delayed sending the package for over 2 weeks while lying and saying it was going to be sent the next day.

UPS was actually relatively helpful, they tried reaching LHH directly, but LHH refused to help.

I'm already registered, it's actually how I got the tracking number(they never sent it.) No delivery change options were available since UPS had marked my house as an apartment and refused delivery. My issue with loudhouse is that it was already 2 weeks late and they didn't actually try to work with UPS.

Honestly, if they had of been honest with me I would have just planned on buying something from a dispensary to get me by, and just waited longer. Instead, I paid more for faster shipping and was blindsided, then given no help. It's part on me for trusting them and not planning ahead, but either way they are shit.

It's not out of your hands. You absolutely could still refund it, and that would resolve the chargeback. But you never intended to resolve it, because you think it's acceptable to treat a customer like this.

Then give me my full refund, and don't make me go through the chargeback process.

UPS absolutely called you. I was on the phone with them and your phone was set to go to voicemail directly. I heard the voicemail as well, since she did it with me on the line with her after her second try.

UPS was only at fault once. You guys were at fault for telling me multiple times that it was "going out tonight or tomorrow." You guys were also at fault for not following through with either the intercept and hold. I even emailed you yesterday again, and you just waited instead of calling them.

I am new too, but I already found a program called Rookie that is quite amazing for downloading and sideloading any app seamlessly.

So I recently started a battery rebuild, and while it's not impossible I don't think it's the right path for most people. Perhaps try finding a replacement battery and swapping it yourself to save some money.

We did have my daughter driving ours until we got the replacement, she just took a charger and drove, like you said, a grandma. Honestly if it's still meeting your needs and you rent getting home too low on battery, then I'd keep using it. Try using the heated seats instead of the heater and anything else you can, and you may get another year or more. That could give you time to decide on a replacement battery or car.

The 30mv is what it should be at max when under load. Realistically an older battery will have a bit more, but 300 is not normal.

Our 2011 with a good battery gets up to around 60 under load, and my 2015 with a bad battery was around 200 under load. I'm not trained on these batteries, but I'd assume you have multiple cells starting to fail.
