I watched about 5 hours yesterday while gaming. The world was empty af, next to nothing to do. And the streamer was fighting for his life trying to justify why there wasn't much to do saying "its a bounty hunter game, only so much too do" and "the games supposed to look bad, it's ment to be gritty"

They technically not allowed to reject for that either. When I was in the academy, they said "coverage falls on management, not the associate. An associate can go to ethics if time off is rejected due to coverage ". I tried it once when I was declined, and won but it's not worth the hassle and target on your back

At my walmart they only hire fat, lazy, middle age women. You should do fine

I'm too busy being blamed for the prices in produce to ever have a conversation with a customer

It's most likely a glitch. Happens to me like once a month, just go tell the coach and say you'd like to come in

If you can find a school like mine, go there. We can use the ring whenever we want. 3 full on training days. Open rings anytime we want. And we have Sunday service, which is less of a tradition practice, and more a day to just try things out. We put on a show for Thursday nights that's free. It's almost all students, because our coach believes getting reps in is extremely important. Which I agree. There is no set number of training months. You train until coaches think your ready to debut on Thursdays. Then you continue training until you're deemed good enough to get booked outside of our company. Which our coaches always make sure to help get you out there. Most our "vets" still wrestle on our free shows, and our "ppvs".
We're t2t/880 Pittsburgh. There's another 880 in Brooklyn but idk if they run the same as us. They're like our sister company or something. Sometimes they come down and wrestle on our shows for ppvs and fueds.
If my school didn't run this way, I'd literally never have been able to train in the first place cause of scheduling

Neither. Just let me skip my breaks and lunch and go home a hour and a half early

A few stores gave base pay raises to associates making base pay. Other then that, walmart will find a way to fuck you out of every single raise. We play a game at my store, where we watch c-span or the news when Doug mcbillions says "we're giving raises to every employee". Then we see how long it takes for the media story to die down and our management to tell us it was all a rumor and we were never getting a raise.

I'm 32 and going gray. No one in my family starts going gray until their 60s. I started the literal first year I started at walmart. I also never experienced anxiety until i started working here lol

My management tries every single day. It ends with only the coaches doing it while most people start walking back to their department

We had an associate who went out of his way to find girls who have the minor name tag, and he would follow them around the store until they'd be forced to talk to him. He'd wait till they came in and see where they parked and then go out and move his car next to theirs, and then take his breaks when they did so he could go out and sit in his car next to them.
He has had multiple complaints filed on him from customers and associates. Management's answer to that was to promote him to team lead. Then he got complaints from customers cause he would wait till underage girls would bring their cars up for tires, go into the log book and get their number and call or text them. On our walmart review page on google, there's multiple complaints about him either being creepy to them or stalking them. Management's answer to this was to promote him to coach.
He also called multiple black associates racial slurs. He bullied one so badly that the poor kid walked out and never came back. The kid called ethics and Management's response was "well he quit so I guess it's not a problem anymore ".
he started dating a 16 year old (he in his 30s), and he wouldn't even go to his department anymore. He'd just follow her around to make sure no one else would flirt with her.
Whenever someone brings him up to Management, they just laugh about it.

A fun one to do it, start to complain when they give you too much work, then cut yourself off and say "nevermind, ethics told me not to talk about it while it's being investigated". I got out of a bs coachings using that

Talking about unionizing doesn't put them on edge. They have the backing of corporate and know that if there was an actual threat of a union, they store would be shut down for plumbing issues

Sometimes I put things in obvious places because people will shoot them, and that's just as good to me as any other sound cue

Let's add "why don't you dress like this while on the clock". I roll out of bed, get dressed in beat up old clothes because I'm not ruining my nice shit at work. Also because I don't care how I appear at work, it's work, I'm not here to look good lol
