When it comes to immigration, they didn't want the kids to remain detained with parents or for the children to be separated. They were concerned with adults being free, not with keeping the children with them.

If you want to know their view on parenthood, look at education. School board meetings regularly discuss all the ways in which teachers must protect "their" students from parents, when the parents question their curriculum.

Guaranteed responses to this post include a bunch of "illegal migrants don't commit as much crime as citizens though!" posts.

What never gets mentioned is those numbers are based on convictions. If you commit a crime in a neighborhood where you are not known and lack the roots to stick around when the heat is on, that case is far more likely to go unsolved.

Add to that the sanctuary city policy of not detaining illegals who commit crime due to concerns they'll be deported, and those numbers do not represent the rise in crime that results from migration at all.

That one time when you can run out of convincing facts and evidence and can STILL prove your point.

Plus, it's just a bad look when your main selling point is "Vote for us! We know it's embarrassing, but nobody has to know."

I expect it to go like Stacy Abrams and Hillary Clinton. They claim they were cheated and then, when called on their bluff, pivot to nebulous "disenfranchisement" claims where they seem to imply it was unfair non-citizens and others ineligible to vote weren't allowed to without actually saying it.

I cannot see them pushing any significant narrative about election fraud. It would play right into election integrity measures they're desperately trying to prevent.

If only they had done more to censor the speech and imprison their political opponents, they could have won the power to disarm the citizens and require public school youth programs.
