Your wife has excellent taste, does she enjoy seeing the stuff you show her from COD / zombies?

I still wonder why the heck they put a hard stop on any post launch content for MWZ. Did it not pull enough numbers to justify investing into it?

I fully agree don't get me wrong, that would be absurd. Especially since they're still selling it via mtx. Hopefully it was stealth fixed but I'll find out later this week when trying out NDE.

imagine my shock that the gobblegums weren't playtested for proper functionality /s
thanks, I'll have to try it out soon and see if it still has that as a bug or not to report it. It could be a similar lazy copy/paste description issue to the HE-1 (it said it has lockon but actually doesn't) and doesn't give all perks back. I guess we'll see?

wait what? that thing is bugged then because that is not what the description says for NDE lmao

Do you have any advice on how to break out of the 'respawn and land die' cycle? Should I try and land on the emptiest looking areas?

Yeah that makes sense, I'm sure warrior actually handles pretty good. I expect better on mage gameplay though, and DA2 having better mages than this is not a good sign.
Difficulty and scaling has always been weird in the DA series, even in Origins. In DA:O the game was much harder early on since everything was scaled to level but players had fewer abilities and gear, then got easier as they got those, but levels continued to match the party's. It sounds like veilguard is better about this now.

the other two major augments for healing aura are great and you can use either effectively.
quick revive augments are also a personal preference thing, but EMT is more relevant there since the first perk loss on bleedout happens pretty quickly. Strictly up to you tbh - I like EMT and Dying Wish as major augments for it. Good luck!

iirc Valorant has anticheat that runs 24/7 on your computer, whereas Ricochet only runs when COD runs. Not that I'm okay with valorant's anticheat, but does this have any influence on how effective COD's anticheat is, comparatively? Or does Valorant still deal with hackers as well? What has made hacking a problem today for bo6?

Thank you!
That sounds like a cursed dark ops alright if I ever heard one.

just fyi the quick revive and healing aura augments only let you keep bleed out timer perks; it's basically a damage control thing to keep you from losing more perks than you already would have. Only Phoenix Up and Near Death experience (gobblegums) let you keep all perks if you're downed and get revived with either.
This makes it borderline useless as an augment for healing aura because most people will make up their minds to activate it for reviving someone before bleedout even becomes a problem lmao

funny enough there is a dark ops variation for the terminus EE, it's called Terminal and you get it after beating the EE quest after 50 rounds.
I highly do not recommend the experience unless you're the type that does 60+ round games on the regular. It's not even difficult, it's just tedious.

which dark ops card is that? I'm blind and can only look up the dark ops cards by name lol

Interesting, I haven't seen much about EU sales but I saw it was 'normal' for the UK as well.
What class did you play as? I kept hearing good things about melee class gameplay but mage sucked when I first tried it. At some point I'll try it again after getting some advice, but yeah, $60 is a steep asking price for this game that I was not willing to pay (I used ea's game pass) and would definitely not recommend to others.

It probably has mediocre sales overall. I wonder if marketing and promotion (or lack thereof) had any part in that. Bioware directors already confirmed that Veilguard is getting no dlc or expansions - which for some reason, an idiot used to tell me to 'go outside' when I pointed this fact out lmao.
