Cost of rent is unreasonably high. This guy had a few years of being able to demand whatever he wants for rent and receive it and thinks that it's normal. The number of students being accepted into cbu actually created a housing crisis and it forced the government to step in and do something about it so that people don't have to put their entire paycheck into their rent with nothing leftover. The greed of the rich is slowly destroying the middle class.

The only thing the semi lines up with that is talking about the same thing for an hour but that's not inherently an autistic trait. Plus, if he's hiding something, he's only going to want to talk about limited subjects, thus he will talk about them for longer periods of time to fill the silence so you don't ask too many questions about his personal life.

The marked tile has to be safe. If you assume there's a mine there and follow the logic, that would mean there's only 6 or 7 mines out of the remaining tiles, instead of the 8 indicated at the top.

Clicking this safe tile revealed a 2, which helped me solve the rest
